What is the difference between a Level 2 and Level 3 survey?
A Level 2 Homebuyer Survey is suitable for conventional properties in reasonable condition. A Level 3 Building Survey is more thorough and recommended for older, extended, or unusual properties. If you're unsure which you need, get in touch.
